Hoi An

Amanecemos en Danang después de 20h de tren. De ahí un interesante viaje en autobús local hasta la ciudad imperial de Hoi An. Aquí Vietnam es más verde y aún más húmedo que en el sur. Las calles son anchas, bordeadas con casas bajas de la época colonial francesa. Las mujeres llevan gorro, los hombres no. Los mercados estan llenos de locales que compran de todo. Las tiendas están llenas de turistas que también lo compran todo. Nos quedaremos unos dias..... pero a comprar cerveza barata!! Dicen que la más barata del mundo... 15 centimos la pinta!!!

We arrive to Danang after a 20h train. A local bus takes us to Hoi An. Here Vietnam is even greener and ever wetter than in the south. Wide streets, fringed with cute french colonial houses. Women wear the traditional vietnamese hat, men don't. Markets are full of locals buying everything. Shops are full of tourists buying everything. We'll stick around here for a few days... but to shop for the cheapest beer in the world... only 15 cents de pint!!
